Member Registration Obligations
2.1-In order to use this system, you agree to provide complete detailed member (company/ personal) information at registration. Update is required at anytime if changes made to the information you provide.
2.2-If you provide any false information and result in any problems, the system assumes no responsibility and do not respond for the consequences that problems cause. At the same time, our company has a right to suspend or terminate your account and to stop you from using any further services.
2.3-When you become a member of the system, you will use the member ID and password to access the system. You are full responsible for your account and password, and you can change your password at any time. All liability from activities and events processed by this account are bear by the account holder. In addition, you agree to the following:：
- 2.3.1-Each time using the system, remember to log out your account when finish.
- 2.3.2-When you find your account and password has been stolen or encountered any security problems, please notify us immediately.
- 2.3.3-Follow the system security management.
- 2.3.4-Members should not transfer or lend account to and password to others. Due to hacking or member negligence of own account management to result the password is illegally used by others, the system does not bear any responsibility.
4.1-Members shall not violate or attempt to violate the systems security protection, including but not limited to access to the unauthorized information, attempt to interfere with member services, server, network, or try to undermine the security protction without proper authorization, transmit or spread computer viruses, and other harmful programs on network security. Members who violate the system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
4.2-Members should not violate any laws of transmission, distribution or storage of data, or engage in any illegal activities.
4.3-Members should not against other peoples copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights, an should not violate other peoples privacy, portrait rights or other individual rights.
4.4-Membres should not send SPAM, including but not limited to sending unauthorized email in any form.
4.5-Members may not copy, reproduce, use, or misuse of the system-specific database information.
Members violate any of these above regulations and cause B2Bing being advocated lawsuit by a third party. B2Bing reserves a right to request member for any B2Bing’s losses, including but not limited to direct economic losses, loss of reputation, legal fees, travel expenses, lawsuit program costs, settlement costs, and etc.
The contents of the database system belong to the iMarketing Database Platform - B2Bing.com or other intellectual property right holders, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights and laws. Besides paper permission from B2BING or right holders, users shall not download or otherwise copy. Content of all rights, titles and intellectual property rights belong to B2BING buy & sell database. Consent is strictly prohibited from unauthorized using. All rights are reserved by B2BING Internet Information Co, Ltd.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
6.1-B2Bing does not provide any expressed or implied guarantee, including but not limited to validity, accuracy, reliability or completeness of information provided by the system. The information provided by the database system depends on the status of current content and does not guarantee the information as accuracy, most updated, or complete, including technical error or typo. B2Bing will make every effort to ensure the highest system integrity and accuracy.
6.2-B2Bing does not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or special and consequential damages in liability. These losses may come from improper or illegal use of the system or from hackers. For the result of a government ban, the changes of current laws or regulations, riots, war, power failure, interruption of communication line and etc. are unforeseen, unavoidable, insurmountable, and uncontrollable events as well as deliberate destruction of others to cause interruptions of service, B2Bing does not bear any responsibility for the losses.
6.3-In respect to hacker attacks, computer viruses, ISP services, temporary closure of the system due to government regulation for any of such incidents, it should be regarded as force majeure event, and B2Bing assumes no responsibility for any losses.
6.4-The system requires maintenance for network platform services or related equipment on a regular or irregular basis. As a result, for such circumstances that are resulting in network services (including Internet charged services) to be interrupted within a reasonable time frame, B2Bing does not liable for any damages and any other associated legal liability, but B2Bing will reduce the losses to members. B2Bing reserves partial rights of interrupting service without prior notice for maintenance, upgrading or other purposes.
Interpretation and application of this provision and dispute shall be dealt in accordance with R.O.C. law and Taichung District Court is the first instance court of competent jurisdiction.
